- Numbers 28:16
וּבַחֹדֶשׁ הָרִאשׁוֹן בְּאַרְבָּעָה עָשָׂר יוֹם לַחֹדֶשׁ פֶּסַח לַיהֹוָה׃
In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, there shall be a passover sacrifice to GOD,
Targum Onkelos
וּבְיַרְחָא קַדְמָאָה בְּאַרְבְּעַת עֶשְׂרָא יוֹמָא לְיַרְחָא פִּסְחָא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
In the first month—on the fourteenth day of the month [bring a] Pesach [offering] to [before] Adonoy.
- Numbers 28:17
וּבַחֲמִשָּׁה עָשָׂר יוֹם לַחֹדֶשׁ הַזֶּה חָג שִׁבְעַת יָמִים מַצּוֹת יֵאָכֵל׃
and on the fifteenth day of that month a festival. Unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days.
Targum Onkelos
וּבַחֲמֵישְׁתְּ עֶשְׂרָא יוֹמָא לְיַרְחָא הָדֵין חַגָּא שִׁבְעָא יוֹמִין פַּטִּירָא יִתְאֲכִיל׃
The fifteenth day of that month is a festival, matzohs shall be eaten for seven days.

בַּיּוֹם הָרִאשׁוֹן מִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁ כׇּל־מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ׃
The first day shall be a sacred occasion: you shall not work at your occupations.

בְּיוֹמָא קַדְמָאָה מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ כָּל עֲבִידַת פּוּלְחַן לָא תַעְבְּדוּן׃
The first day shall be a sacred holiday, any work of consequence you must not do.

וְהִקְרַבְתֶּם אִשֶּׁה עֹלָה לַיהֹוָה פָּרִים בְּנֵי־בָקָר שְׁנַיִם וְאַיִל אֶחָד וְשִׁבְעָה כְבָשִׂים בְּנֵי שָׁנָה תְּמִימִם יִהְיוּ לָכֶם׃
You shall present an offering by fire, a burnt offering, to GOD: two bulls of the herd, one ram, and seven yearling lambs—see that they are without blemish.

וּתְקָרְבוּן קוּרְבָּנָא עֲלָתָא קֳדָם יְיָ תּוֹרֵי בְּנֵי תּוֹרֵי תְּרֵין וּדְכַר חַד וְשִׁבְעָא אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא שַׁלְמִין יְהוֹן לְכוֹן׃
You shall bring a burnt fire-offering to [before] Adonoy [consisting of] two young bulls, one ram, and seven yearling sheep. They shall [all] be without blemish.

The grain offering with them shall be of choice flour with oil mixed in: prepare three-tenths of a measure for a bull, two-tenths for a ram;

וּמִנְחָתְהוֹן סוּלְתָּא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח תְּלָתָא עֶשְׂרוֹנִין לְתוֹרָא וּתְרֵין עֶשְׂרוֹנִין לְדִכְרָא תַּעְבְּדוּן׃
Their meal-offering shall be fine flour mixed with [olive] oil, three tenths [of an eiphah] for each bull, two tenths [of an eiphah] for the ram,

עִשָּׂרוֹן עִשָּׂרוֹן תַּעֲשֶׂה לַכֶּבֶשׂ הָאֶחָד לְשִׁבְעַת הַכְּבָשִׂים׃
and for each of the seven lambs prepare one-tenth of a measure.

עֶשְׂרוֹנָא עֶשְׂרוֹנָא תַּעֲבֵיד לְאִמְּרָא חַד כֵּן לְשִׁבְעָא אִמְּרִין׃
and one tenth [of an eiphah] [thus] for each of the seven sheep.

וּשְׂעִיר חַטָּאת אֶחָד לְכַפֵּר עֲלֵיכֶם׃
And there shall be one goat for a purgation offering, to make expiation in your behalf.
Targum Onkelos
וּצְפִירָא דְּחַטָּתָא חַד לְכַפָּרָא עֲלֵיכוֹן׃
[You should also bring] one he-goat as a sin-offering, to make atonement for you,

מִלְּבַד עֹלַת הַבֹּקֶר אֲשֶׁר לְעֹלַת הַתָּמִיד תַּעֲשׂוּ אֶת־אֵלֶּה׃
You shall present these in addition to the morning portion of the regular burnt offering.
Targum Onkelos
בָּר מֵעֲלַת צַפְרָא דְּהִיא עֲלַת תְּדִירָא תַּעְבְּדוּן יָת אִלֵּין׃
in addition to the morning burnt-offering which is offered as a constant (daily) burnt-offering, you shall make these.

כָּאֵלֶּה תַּעֲשׂוּ לַיּוֹם שִׁבְעַת יָמִים לֶחֶם אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ־נִיחֹחַ לַיהֹוָה עַל־עוֹלַת הַתָּמִיד יֵעָשֶׂה וְנִסְכּוֹ׃
You shall offer the like daily for seven days as food, an offering by fire of pleasing odor to GOD; they shall be offered, with their libations, in addition to the regular burnt offering.
Targum Onkelos
כְּאִלֵּין תַּעְבְּדוּן לְיוֹמָא שִׁבְעָא יוֹמִין לְחֵים קוּרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבַּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ עַל עֲלַת תְּדִירָא יִתְעֲבֵיד וְנִסְכֵּיהּ׃
Like these, you shall make daily for seven days, food as a fire-offering of a pleasing aroma [accepted willingly] to [before] Adonoy, (it shall be offered) in addition to the constant (daily) burnt-offering and its libation.

וּבְיוֹמָא דְּבִכּוּרַיָּא בְּקָרוֹבֵיכוֹן מִנְחָתָא חֲדַתָּא קֳדָם יְיָ בְּעַצְרָתְכוֹן מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ יְהֵי לְכוֹן כָּל עֲבִידַת פּוּלְחַן לָא תַעְבְּדוּן׃
On the day of the first fruits when you bring a new meal-offering to Adonoy on your Festival of Weeks, there shall be a sacred holiday to you when you shall not do any work of consequence.

The first day of the seventh month shall be a sacred holiday to you when you shall not do any work of consequence. It shall be a day of sounding the ram’s horn [wailing for you].

בָּר מֵעֲלַת יַרְחָא וּמִנְחָתַהּ וַעֲלַת תְּדִירָא וּמִנְחָתַהּ וְנִסְכֵּיהוֹן כְּדַחְזֵי לְהוֹן לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְּרַעֲוָא קוּרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
Aside from the [Rosh] Chodesh burnt-offering and its meal-offering, and the constant (daily) burnt-offering and its required meal-offering and libations [appropriate for them], for a pleasing aroma [accepted willingly], a fire-offering to [before] Adonoy.

וּבֶעָשׂוֹר לַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי הַזֶּה מִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁ יִהְיֶה לָכֶם וְעִנִּיתֶם אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶם כׇּל־מְלָאכָה לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ׃
On the tenth day of the same seventh month you shall observe a sacred occasion when you shall practice self-denial. You shall do no work.
Targum Onkelos
וּבְעֶשְׂרָא לְיַרְחָא שְׁבִיעָאָה הָדֵין מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ יְהֵי לְכוֹן וּתְעַנּוֹן יָת נַפְשָׁתְכוֹן כָּל עֲבִידָא לָא תַעְבְּדוּן׃
On the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a sacred holiday to you, when you shall fast and not do any work.
