- Numbers 28:1
וַיְדַבֵּר יְהֹוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר׃
GOD spoke to Moses, saying:
Targum Onkelos
וּמַלֵּיל יְיָ עִם מֹשֶׁה לְמֵימַר׃
Adonoy spoke to Moshe saying:
- Numbers 28:2
צַו אֶת־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם אֶת־קׇרְבָּנִי לַחְמִי לְאִשַּׁי רֵיחַ נִיחֹחִי תִּשְׁמְרוּ לְהַקְרִיב לִי בְּמוֹעֲדוֹ׃
Command the Israelite people and say to them: Be punctilious in presenting to Me at stated times the offerings of food due Me, as offerings by fire of pleasing odor to Me.
Targum Onkelos
פַּקֵּיד יָת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְתֵימַר לְהוֹן יָת קוּרְבָּנִי לְחֵים סִדּוּר לְקוּרְבָּנַי לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְּרַעֲוָא תִּטְּרוּן לְקָרָבָא קֳדָמַי בְּזִמְנֵיהּ׃
“Command Bnei Yisroel and say to them, ‘My offering, My food of [prepared for] My fires, a pleasing aroma [to be accepted willingly] to Me, you shall be vigilant to offer to [before] Me at its prescribed time’.”
- Numbers 28:3
וְאָמַרְתָּ לָהֶם זֶה הָאִשֶּׁה אֲשֶׁר תַּקְרִיבוּ לַיהֹוָה כְּבָשִׂים בְּנֵי־שָׁנָה תְמִימִם שְׁנַיִם לַיּוֹם עֹלָה תָמִיד׃
Say to them: These are the offerings by fire that you are to present to GOD: As a regular burnt offering every day, two yearling lambs without blemish.
Targum Onkelos
וְתֵימַר לְהוֹן דֵּין קוּרְבָּנָא דִּתְקָרְבוּן קֳדָם יְיָ אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא שַׁלְמִין תְּרֵין לְיוֹמָא עֲלָתָא תְּדִירָא׃
Say to them: “This is the fire-offering that you shall offer to Adonoy; yearling lambs without blemish, two each day, as a constant (daily) burnt-offering.
- Numbers 28:4
אֶת־הַכֶּבֶשׂ אֶחָד תַּעֲשֶׂה בַבֹּקֶר וְאֵת הַכֶּבֶשׂ הַשֵּׁנִי תַּעֲשֶׂה בֵּין הָעַרְבָּיִם׃
You shall offer one lamb in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer at twilight.
Targum Onkelos
יָת אִמְּרָא חַד תַּעֲבֵיד בְּצַפְרָא וְיָת אִמְּרָא תִּנְיָנָא תַּעֲבֵיד בֵּין שִׁמְשַׁיָּא׃
Offer one lamb in the morning and offer the second lamb in the afternoon.
- Numbers 28:5
וַעֲשִׂירִית הָאֵיפָה סֹלֶת לְמִנְחָה בְּלוּלָה בְּשֶׁמֶן כָּתִית רְבִיעִת הַהִין׃
And as a grain offering, there shall be a tenth of an ephah of choice flour with a quarter of a hin of beaten oil mixed in—
Targum Onkelos
וְחַד מִן עֶשְׂרָא בִּתְלָת סְאִין סוּלְתָּא לְמִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִּמְשַׁח כָּתִישָׁא רַבְעוּת הִינָא׃
And one tenth of an eiphah [three se’in] of fine flour as a meal-offering, mixed with beaten oil measuring one fourth of a hin.
- Numbers 28:6
עֹלַת תָּמִיד הָעֲשֻׂיָה בְּהַר סִינַי לְרֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ אִשֶּׁה לַיהֹוָה׃
the regular burnt offering instituted at Mount Sinai—an offering by fire of pleasing odor to GOD.
Targum Onkelos
עֲלַת תְּדִירָא דְּאִתְעֲבֵידַת בְּטוּרָא דְּסִינַי לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְּרַעֲוָא קוּרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
[This is] a constant (daily) burnt-offering as offered on Mount Sinai, for a pleasing aroma [to be accepted willingly], a fire-offering to [before] Adonoy.
- Numbers 28:7
וְנִסְכּוֹ רְבִיעִת הַהִין לַכֶּבֶשׂ הָאֶחָד בַּקֹּדֶשׁ הַסֵּךְ נֶסֶךְ שֵׁכָר לַיהֹוָה׃
The libation with it shall be a quarter of a hin for each lamb, to be poured in the sacred precinct as an offering of fermented drink to GOD.
Targum Onkelos
וְנִסְכֵּיהּ רַבְעוּת הִינָא לְאִמְּרָא חַד בְּקוּדְשָׁא יִתְנַסַּךְ נִסּוּךְ דַּחֲמַר עַתִּיק קֳדָם יְיָ׃
Its libation [shall be] one fourth of a hin for the one lamb, in the Holy [Sanctuary], you shall pour an intoxicating libation [of aged wine] to [before] Adonoy.
- Numbers 28:8
וְאֵת הַכֶּבֶשׂ הַשֵּׁנִי תַּעֲשֶׂה בֵּין הָעַרְבָּיִם כְּמִנְחַת הַבֹּקֶר וּכְנִסְכּוֹ תַּעֲשֶׂה אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהֹוָה׃
The other lamb you shall offer at twilight, preparing the same grain offering and libation as in the morning—an offering by fire of pleasing odor to GOD.
Targum Onkelos
וְיָת אִמְּרָא תִּנְיָנָא תַּעֲבֵיד בֵּין שִׁמְשַׁיָּא כְּמִנְחַת צַפְרָא וּכְנִסְכֵּיהּ תַּעֲבֵיד קוּרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבַּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
Offer the second lamb in the afternoon, with the same meal-offering of the morning together with its libation you shall offer it, a fire-offering of a pleasing aroma [accepted willingly] to [before] Adonoy.
- Numbers 28:9
וּבְיוֹם הַשַּׁבָּת שְׁנֵי־כְבָשִׂים בְּנֵי־שָׁנָה תְּמִימִם וּשְׁנֵי עֶשְׂרֹנִים סֹלֶת מִנְחָה בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן וְנִסְכּוֹ׃
On the sabbath day: two yearling lambs without blemish, together with two-tenths of a measure of choice flour with oil mixed in as a grain offering, and with the proper libation—
Targum Onkelos
וּבְיוֹמָא דְּשַׁבְּתָא תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא שַׁלְמִיןִ וּתְרֵין עֶשְׂרוֹנִין סוּלְתָּא מִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח וְנִסְכֵּיהּ׃
On the Shabbos day [the offering shall be] two yearling lambs without blemish, and two tenths [of an eiphah] of fine flour as a meal-offering, mixed with [olive] oil, and its libation.
- Numbers 28:10
עֹלַת שַׁבַּת בְּשַׁבַּתּוֹ עַל־עֹלַת הַתָּמִיד וְנִסְכָּהּ׃
a burnt offering for every sabbath, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its libation.
Targum Onkelos
עֲלַת שַׁבָּא תִּתְעֲבֵיד בְּשַׁבָּא עַל עֲלַת תְּדִירָא וְנִסְכַּהּ׃
This is the burnt-offering on its [which is done on] Shabbos, in addition to the constant (daily) burnt-offering and its libation.
- Numbers 28:11
וּבְרָאשֵׁי חׇדְשֵׁיכֶם תַּקְרִיבוּ עֹלָה לַיהֹוָה פָּרִים בְּנֵי־בָקָר שְׁנַיִם וְאַיִל אֶחָד כְּבָשִׂים בְּנֵי־שָׁנָה שִׁבְעָה תְּמִימִם׃
On your new moons you shall present a burnt offering to GOD: two bulls of the herd, one ram, and seven yearling lambs, without blemish.
Targum Onkelos
וּבְרֵישֵׁי יַרְחֵיכוֹן תְּקָרְבוּן עֲלָתָא קֳדָם יְיָ תּוֹרֵי בְּנֵי תּוֹרֵי תְּרֵין וּדְכַר חַד אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא שִׁבְעָא שַׁלְמִין׃
At the beginning of your months you shall bring a burnt-offering to Adonoy, two young bulls, one ram, seven yearling lambs, [all] without blemish.
- Numbers 28:12
וּשְׁלֹשָׁה עֶשְׂרֹנִים סֹלֶת מִנְחָה בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן לַפָּר הָאֶחָד וּשְׁנֵי עֶשְׂרֹנִים סֹלֶת מִנְחָה בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן לָאַיִל הָאֶחָד׃
As grain offering for each bull: three-tenths of a measure of choice flour with oil mixed in. As grain offering for each ram: two-tenths of a measure of choice flour with oil mixed in.
Targum Onkelos
וּתְלָתָא עֶשְׂרוֹנִין סוּלְתָּא מִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח לְתוֹרָא חַד וּתְרֵין עֶשְׂרוֹנִין סוּלְתָּא מִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח לְדִכְרָא חַד׃
And three tenths [of an eiphah] of fine flour as a meal-offering mixed with the [olive] oil for each bull, two tenths [of an eiphah] of fine flour as a meal-offering, mixed with the [olive] oil for the one ram,

וְעִשָּׂרֹן עִשָּׂרוֹן סֹלֶת מִנְחָה בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן לַכֶּבֶשׂ הָאֶחָד עֹלָה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ אִשֶּׁה לַיהֹוָה׃
As grain offering for each lamb: a tenth of a measure of fine flour with oil mixed in. Such shall be the burnt offering of pleasing odor, an offering by fire to GOD.
Targum Onkelos
וְעֶשְׂרוֹנָא עֶשְׂרוֹנָא סוּלְתָּא מִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח לְאִמְּרָא חַד עֲלָתָא לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְּרַעֲוָא קוּרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
And one tenth [of an eiphah] of fine flour as a meal-offering mixed with the [olive] oil for each lamb. A burnt-offering of pleasing aroma, a fire-offering [accepted willingly] to [before] Adonoy.
- Numbers 28:14
וְנִסְכֵּיהֶם חֲצִי הַהִין יִהְיֶה לַפָּר וּשְׁלִישִׁת הַהִין לָאַיִל וּרְבִיעִת הַהִין לַכֶּבֶשׂ יָיִן זֹאת עֹלַת חֹדֶשׁ בְּחׇדְשׁוֹ לְחׇדְשֵׁי הַשָּׁנָה׃
Their libations shall be: half a hin of wine for a bull, a third of a hin for a ram, and a quarter of a hin for a lamb. That shall be the monthly burnt offering for each new moon of the year.
Targum Onkelos
וְנִסְכֵּיהוֹן פַּלְגוּת הִינָא יְהֵי לְתוֹרָא וְתַלְתוּת הִינָא לְדִכְרָא וְרַבְעוּת הִינָא לְאִמְּרָא חַמְרָא דָּא עֲלַת רֵישׁ יַרְחָא בְּאִתְחַדָּתוּתֵיהּ כֵּן לְכָל רֵישֵׁי יַרְחֵי שַׁתָּא׃
Their libations [shall be], one half of a hin for (a) bull, one third of a hin for the ram, and one fourth of a hin for (the) lamb, of wine. This is the burnt-offering of each [Rosh] Chodesh [new moon], at its renewal throughout [thus all] the months [new months] of the year.
- Numbers 28:15
וּשְׂעִיר עִזִּים אֶחָד לְחַטָּאת לַיהֹוָה עַל־עֹלַת הַתָּמִיד יֵעָשֶׂה וְנִסְכּוֹ׃
And there shall be one goat as a purgation offering to GOD, to be offered in addition to the regular burnt offering and its libation.
Targum Onkelos
וּצְפִיר בַּר עִזִּין חַד לְחַטָּתָא קֳדָם יְיָ עַל עֲלַת תְּדִירָא יִתְעֲבֵיד וְנִסְכֵּיהּ׃
And [You shall also bring] one he-goat for a sin offering to Adonoy, in addition to the constant (daily) burnt-offering it shall be done, and its libation.
