- Numbers 29:12
וּבַחֲמִשָּׁה עָשָׂר יוֹם לַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי מִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁ יִהְיֶה לָכֶם כׇּל־מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ וְחַגֹּתֶם חַג לַיהֹוָה שִׁבְעַת יָמִים׃
On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, you shall observe a sacred occasion: you shall not work at your occupations.—Seven days you shall observe a festival of GOD.—

וּבַחֲמֵישְׁתְּ עֶשְׂרָא יוֹמָא לְיַרְחָא שְׁבִיעָאָה מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ יְהֵי לְכוֹן כָּל עֲבִידַת פּוּלְחַן לָא תַעְבְּדוּן וְתֵיחֲגוּן חַגָּא קֳדָם יְיָ שִׁבְעָא יוֹמִין׃
The fifteenth day of the seventh month shall be a sacred holiday to you, when you shall not do any work of consequence. You shall celebrate a festival to [before] Adonoy

וְהִקְרַבְתֶּם עֹלָה אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהֹוָה פָּרִים בְּנֵי־בָקָר שְׁלֹשָׁה עָשָׂר אֵילִם שְׁנָיִם כְּבָשִׂים בְּנֵי־שָׁנָה אַרְבָּעָה עָשָׂר תְּמִימִם יִהְיוּ׃
You shall present a burnt offering, an offering by fire of pleasing odor to GOD: Thirteen bulls of the herd, two rams, fourteen yearling lambs; they shall be without blemish.
Targum Onkelos
וּתְקָרְבוּן עֲלָתָא קוּרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבַּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ תּוֹרֵי בְּנֵי תּוֹרֵי תְּלָת עֲשַׂר דִּכְרִין תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא אַרְבְּעַת עֲשַׂר שַׁלְמִין יְהוֹן׃
You shall bring a burnt-offering, a fire-offering for a pleasing aroma [accepted willingly] to [before] Adonoy, [consisting of] thirteen young bulls, two rams, and fourteen yearling lambs. They shall [all] be without blemish.

The grain offerings with them—of choice flour with oil mixed in—shall be: three-tenths of a measure for each of the thirteen bulls, two-tenths for each of the two rams,

וּמִנְחָתְהוֹן סוּלְתָּא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח תְּלָתָא עֶשְׂרוֹנִין לְתוֹרָא חַד לִתְלָת עֲשַׂר תּוֹרִין תְּרֵין עֶשְׂרוֹנִין לְדִכְרָא חַד לִתְרֵין דִּכְרִין׃
Their meal-offering [shall be] fine flour mixed with [olive] oil, three tenths [of an eiphah] for the bull for each of the thirteen bulls, two tenths [of an eiphah] for the ram for each of the two rams,

וְעִשָּׂרוֹׄן עִשָּׂרוֹן לַכֶּבֶשׂ הָאֶחָד לְאַרְבָּעָה עָשָׂר כְּבָשִׂים׃
and one-tenth for each of the fourteen lambs.
Targum Onkelos
וְעֶשְׂרוֹנָא עֶשְׂרוֹנָא לְאִמְּרָא חַד כֵּן לְאַרְבְּעַת עֲשַׂר אִמְּרִין׃
and one tenth [of an eiphah] for the lamb for each of the fourteen lambs.

And there shall be one goat for a purgation offering—in addition to the regular burnt offering, its grain offering and libation.

וּצְפִיר בַּר עִזִּין חַד חַטָּתָא בָּר מֵעֲלַת תְּדִירָא מִנְחָתַהּ וְנִסְכַּהּ׃
[You shall also bring] one he-goat as a sin-offering, in addition to [bringing] the constant (daily) burnt-offering with its meal-offering and libation.

On the eighth day shall be a [day of] restraint [assembly] for you, when you shall not do any work of consequence.

אֵלֶּה תַּעֲשׂוּ לַיהֹוָה בְּמוֹעֲדֵיכֶם לְבַד מִנִּדְרֵיכֶם וְנִדְבֹתֵיכֶם לְעֹלֹתֵיכֶם וּלְמִנְחֹתֵיכֶם וּלְנִסְכֵּיכֶם וּלְשַׁלְמֵיכֶם׃
All these you shall offer to GOD at the stated times, in addition to your votive and freewill offerings, be they burnt offerings, grain offerings, libations, or offerings of well-being.
Targum Onkelos
אִלֵּין תַּעְבְּדוּן קֳדָם יְיָ בְּמוֹעֲדֵיכוֹן בָּר מִנִּדְרֵיכוֹן וְנִדְבָתְכוֹן לַעֲלָוָתְכוֹן וּלְמִנְחָוָתְכוֹן וּלְנִסְכֵּיכוֹן וּלְנִכְסַת קוּדְשֵׁיכוֹן׃
These you shall make to Adonoy on your festivals, aside from your vows and dedications, burnt-offerings and meal-offerings, and libations and peace-offerings.”

וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה יְהֹוָה אֶת־מֹשֶׁה׃
So Moses spoke to the Israelites just as GOD had commanded Moses.
Targum Onkelos
וַאֲמַר מֹשֶׁה לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כְּכֹל דְּפַקֵּיד יְיָ יָת מֹשֶׁה׃
Moshe spoke to Bnei Yisroel all that Adonoy had commanded him.
