וּבִנְסֹעַ הַמִּשְׁכָּן יוֹרִידוּ אֹתוֹ הַלְוִיִּם וּבַחֲנֹת הַמִּשְׁכָּן יָקִימוּ אֹתוֹ הַלְוִיִּם וְהַזָּר הַקָּרֵב יוּמָת׃
When the Tabernacle is to set out, the Levites shall take it down, and when the Tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up; any outsider who encroaches shall be put to death.
Targum Onkelos
וּבְמִטַּל מַשְׁכְּנָא יְפָרְקוּן יָתֵיהּ לֵיוָאֵי וּבְמִשְׁרֵי מַשְׁכְּנָא יְקִימוּן יָתֵיהּ לֵיוָאֵי וְחִילוֹנַי דְּיִקְרַב יִתְקְטִיל׃
When the Mishkon is to be moved the Levites shall take it down, and when the Mishkon is to rest [in one place] the Levites shall erect it, and the stranger who approaches, shall die.

וְחָנוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אִישׁ עַל־מַחֲנֵהוּ וְאִישׁ עַל־דִּגְלוֹ לְצִבְאֹתָם׃
The Israelites shall encamp troop by troop, each [household] with its division and each under its standard.
Targum Onkelos
וְיִשְׁרוֹן בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל גְּבַר עַל מִשְׁרוֹהִי וּגְבַר עַל טִקְסֵיהּ לְחֵילֵיהוֹן׃
Bnei Yisroel shall camp, each man at his own camp and each man at his own banner, according to their divisions.
- Numbers 1:53
וְהַלְוִיִּם יַחֲנוּ סָבִיב לְמִשְׁכַּן הָעֵדֻת וְלֹא־יִהְיֶה קֶצֶף עַל־עֲדַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְשָׁמְרוּ הַלְוִיִּם אֶת־מִשְׁמֶרֶת מִשְׁכַּן הָעֵדוּת׃
The Levites, however, shall camp around the Tabernacle of the Pact, that wrath may not strike the Israelite community; the Levites shall stand guard around the Tabernacle of the Pact.
Targum Onkelos
וְלֵיוָאֵי יִשְׁרוֹן סְחוֹר סְחוֹר לְמַשְׁכְּנָא דְּסָהֲדוּתָא וְלָא יְהֵי רוּגְזָא עַל כְּנִשְׁתָּא דִּבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְיִטְּרוּן לֵיוָאֵי יָת מַטְּרַת מַשְׁכְּנָא דְּסָהֲדוּתָא׃
The Levites shall camp around the Mishkon of the Testimony, so that there will not be anger upon the congregation of Bnei Yisroel, and the Levites shall be careful to preserve the Mishkon of Testimony.
- Numbers 1:54
וַיַּעֲשׂוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהֹוָה אֶת־מֹשֶׁה כֵּן עָשׂוּ׃
The Israelites did accordingly; just as GOD had commanded Moses, so they did.
Targum Onkelos
וַעֲבַדוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כְּכֹל דְּפַקֵּיד יְיָ יָת מֹשֶׁה כֵּן עֲבַדוּ׃
Bnei Yisroel did according to all that Adonoy commanded Moshe; they did it [exactly].
