- Leviticus 3:1
וְאִם־זֶבַח שְׁלָמִים קׇרְבָּנוֹ אִם מִן־הַבָּקָר הוּא מַקְרִיב אִם־זָכָר אִם־נְקֵבָה תָּמִים יַקְרִיבֶנּוּ לִפְנֵי יְהֹוָה׃
If your offering is a sacrifice of well-being— If you offer of the herd, whether a male or a female, you shall bring before GOD one without blemish.
Targum Onkelos
וְאִם נִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא קוּרְבָּנֵיהּ אִם מִן תּוֹרֵי הוּא מְקָרֵיב אִם דְּכַר אִם נוּקְבָּא שְׁלִים יְקָרְבִנֵּיהּ קֳדָם יְיָ׃
If his offering is a peace [sacred]-offering; if his offering is of cattle [whether] male or female; he shall bring it unblemished before Adonoy.
- Leviticus 3:2
וְסָמַךְ יָדוֹ עַל־רֹאשׁ קׇרְבָּנוֹ וּשְׁחָטוֹ פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְזָרְקוּ בְּנֵי אַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֲנִים אֶת־הַדָּם עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִיב׃
You shall lay a hand upon the head of your offering and slaughter it at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting; and Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall dash the blood against all sides of the altar.
Targum Onkelos
וְיִסְמוֹךְ יְדֵיהּ עַל רֵישׁ קוּרְבָּנֵיהּ וְיִכְּסִנֵּיהּ בִּתְרַע מַשְׁכַּן זִמְנָא וְיִזְרְקוּן בְּנֵי אַהֲרֹן כָּהֲנַיָּא יָת דְּמָא עַל מַדְבְּחָא סְחוֹר סְחוֹר׃
He shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting. The sons of Aharon, the kohanim, will sprinkle the blood all around the altar.

וְהִקְרִיב מִזֶּבַח הַשְּׁלָמִים אִשֶּׁה לַיהֹוָה אֶת־הַחֵלֶב הַמְכַסֶּה אֶת־הַקֶּרֶב וְאֵת כׇּל־הַחֵלֶב אֲשֶׁר עַל־הַקֶּרֶב׃
Then present from the sacrifice of well-being, as an offering by fire to GOD, the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is about the entrails;

וִיקָרֵיב מִנִּכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא קוּרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ יָת תַּרְבָּא דְּחָפֵי יָת גַּוָּא וְיָת כָּל תַּרְבָּא דְּעַל גַּוָּא׃
He shall bring from the peace[sacred]-offering, as a fire-offering to [an offering before] Adonoy, the fat covering the innards, and all the fat on the innards.

וְאֵת שְׁתֵּי הַכְּלָיֹת וְאֶת־הַחֵלֶב אֲשֶׁר עֲלֵהֶן אֲשֶׁר עַל־הַכְּסָלִים וְאֶת־הַיֹּתֶרֶת עַל־הַכָּבֵד עַל־הַכְּלָיוֹת יְסִירֶנָּה׃
the two kidneys and the fat that is on them, that is at the loins; and the protuberance on the liver, which you shall remove with the kidneys.
Targum Onkelos
וְיָת תַּרְתֵּין כּוֹלְיָן וְיָת תַּרְבָּא דַּעֲלֵיהוֹן דְּעַל גִּסְסַיָּא וְיָת חַצְרָא דְּעַל כַּבְדָּא עַל כּוֹלְיָתָא יַעְדֵּינַהּ׃
The two kidneys and the fat on them that are on the flanks. The lobe on the liver, he shall remove together with the kidneys.
- Leviticus 3:5
וְהִקְטִירוּ אֹתוֹ בְנֵי־אַהֲרֹן הַמִּזְבֵּחָה עַל־הָעֹלָה אֲשֶׁר עַל־הָעֵצִים אֲשֶׁר עַל־הָאֵשׁ אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהֹוָה׃
Aaron’s sons shall turn these into smoke on the altar, with the burnt offering that is upon the wood that is on the fire, as an offering by fire, of pleasing odor to GOD.
Targum Onkelos
וְיַסְּקוּן יָתֵיהּ בְּנֵי אַהֲרֹן לְמַדְבְּחָא עַל עֲלָתָא דְּעַל אָעַיָּא דְּעַל אִישָׁתָא קוּרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבַּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
The sons of Aharon shall burn it on the altar along with the burnt-offering that is on the logs which are on the fire; a fire-offering of pleasing fragrance to [an offering which is accepted with favor before] Adonoy.
- Leviticus 3:6
וְאִם־מִן־הַצֹּאן קׇרְבָּנוֹ לְזֶבַח שְׁלָמִים לַיהֹוָה זָכָר אוֹ נְקֵבָה תָּמִים יַקְרִיבֶנּוּ׃
And if your offering for a sacrifice of well-being to GOD is from the flock, whether a male or a female, you shall offer one without blemish.
Targum Onkelos
וְאִם מִן עָנָא קוּרְבָּנֵיהּ לְנִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא קֳדָם יְיָ דְּכַר אוֹ נוּקְבָּא שְׁלִים יְקָרְבִנֵּיהּ׃
If his offering is of sheep as a peace[sacred]-offering to [before] Adonoy, he shall bring an unblemished male or female.

אִם־כֶּשֶׂב הוּא־מַקְרִיב אֶת־קׇרְבָּנוֹ וְהִקְרִיב אֹתוֹ לִפְנֵי יְהֹוָה׃
If you present a sheep as your offering, you shall bring it before GOD
Targum Onkelos
אִם אִמַּר הוּא מְקָרֵיב יָת קוּרְבָּנֵיהּ וִיקָרֵיב יָתֵיהּ קֳדָם יְיָ׃
If he is bringing a lamb as his offering, he shall bring it before Adonoy.

וִיקָרֵיב מִנִּכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא קוּרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ תַּרְבֵּיהּ אַלְיְתָא שַׁלְמְתָא לָקֳבֵיל שַׁזַרְתָּא יַעְדֵּינַהּ וְיָת תַּרְבָּא דְּחָפֵי יָת גַּוָּא וְיָת כָּל תַּרְבָּא דְּעַל גַּוָּא׃

The kohein shall burn it on the altar; it is the food of the fire-offering of [offering before] Adonoy.

וְאִם עֵז קׇרְבָּנוֹ וְהִקְרִיבוֹ לִפְנֵי יְהֹוָה׃
And if your offering is a goat, you shall bring it before GOD

וְאִם מִן בְּנֵי עִזַּיָּא קוּרְבָּנֵיהּ וִיקָרְבִנֵּיהּ קֳדָם יְיָ׃
If his offering is a goat, he shall bring it before Adonoy.

וְיַסֵּיקִנּוּן כָּהֲנָא לְמַדְבְּחָא לְחֵים קוּרְבָּנָא לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְּרַעֲוָא כָּל תַּרְבָּא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
He shall burn them on the altar, the food of the fire-offering for a pleasing fragrance [offering to be accepted with favor]; all fat [belongs] to [before] Adonoy.
- Leviticus 3:17
חֻקַּת עוֹלָם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם בְּכֹל מוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם כׇּל־חֵלֶב וְכׇל־דָּם לֹא תֹאכֵלוּ׃
It is a law for all time throughout the ages, in all your settlements: you must not eat any fat or any blood.
Targum Onkelos
קְיָם עָלַם לְדָרֵיכוֹן בְּכֹל מוֹתְבָנֵיכוֹן כָּל תַּרְבָּא וְכָל דְּמָא לָא תֵיכְלוּן׃
As an everlasting statute for all your descendants in all of your dwelling places; you may not eat any fat, nor any blood.
