- Exodus 35:21
וַיָּבֹאוּ כׇּל־אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־נְשָׂאוֹ לִבּוֹ וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר נָדְבָה רוּחוֹ אֹתוֹ הֵבִיאוּ אֶת־תְּרוּמַת יְהֹוָה לִמְלֶאכֶת אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּלְכׇל־עֲבֹדָתוֹ וּלְבִגְדֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ׃
And everyone who excelled in ability and everyone whose spirit was moved came, bringing to GOD an offering for the work of the Tent of Meeting and for all its service and for the sacral vestments.
Targum Onkelos
וַאֲתוֹ כָּל גְּבַר דְּאִתְרְעִי לִבֵּיהּ וְכֹל דְּאַשְׁלֵימַת רוּחֵיהּ עִמֵּיהּ אֵיתִיאוּ יָת אַפְרָשׁוּתָא קֳדָם יְיָ לַעֲבִידַת מַשְׁכַּן זִמְנָא וּלְכָל פּוּלְחָנֵיהּ וְלִלְבוּשֵׁי קוּדְשָׁא׃
Every man whose heart lifted him up came—and every one whose generous spirit inspired [filled] him brought a terumah-offering to [before] Adonoy, for the work of the Tent of Meeting, and for all [that was needed for] its service, and for the sacred garments.
- Exodus 35:22
וַיָּבֹאוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים עַל־הַנָּשִׁים כֹּל ׀ נְדִיב לֵב הֵבִיאוּ חָח וָנֶזֶם וְטַבַּעַת וְכוּמָז כׇּל־כְּלִי זָהָב וְכׇל־אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הֵנִיף תְּנוּפַת זָהָב לַיהֹוָה׃
Men and women, all whose hearts moved them, all who would make an elevation offering of gold to GOD, came bringing brooches, earrings, rings, and pendants—gold objects of all kinds.
Targum Onkelos
וּמֵיתַן גּוּבְרַיָּא עַל נְשַׁיָּא כֹּל דְּאִתְרְעִי לִבֵּיהּ אֵיתִיאוּ שֵׁירִין וְשַׁבִּין וְעִזְקָן וּמָחוֹךְ כָּל מָן דִּדְהַב וְכָל גְּבַר דַּאֲרֵים אֲרָמוּת דַּהְבָּא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
And they came—both men and [brought—men in addition to] woman—all who were generous of heart brought bracelets, nose rings, finger rings, and buckles—all kinds of golden vessels—and every man that offered a wave-offering of gold unto [before] Adonoy.

וְכׇל־אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־נִמְצָא אִתּוֹ תְּכֵלֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן וְתוֹלַעַת שָׁנִי וְשֵׁשׁ וְעִזִּים וְעֹרֹת אֵילִם מְאׇדָּמִים וְעֹרֹת תְּחָשִׁים הֵבִיאוּ׃
And everyone who possessed blue, purple, and crimson yarns, fine linen, goats’ hair, tanned ram skins, and dolphin skins, brought them;
Targum Onkelos
וְכָל גְּבַר דְּאִשְׁתְּכַח עִמֵּיהּ תַּכְלָא וְאַרְגְּוָנָא וּצְבַע זְהוֹרִי וּבוּץ וּמַעְזֵי וּמַשְׁכֵּי דְּדִכְרֵי מְסֻמְּקֵי וּמַשְׁכֵּי סָסְגוֹנָא אֵיתִיאוּ׃
Every man who had with him greenish-blue wool, dark red wool, crimson [colored] wool, fine linen, goats’ hair, red dyed rams’ skins, and tachash [multicolored] skins brought them.

כׇּל־מֵרִים תְּרוּמַת כֶּסֶף וּנְחֹשֶׁת הֵבִיאוּ אֵת תְּרוּמַת יְהֹוָה וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר נִמְצָא אִתּוֹ עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים לְכׇל־מְלֶאכֶת הָעֲבֹדָה הֵבִיאוּ׃
everyone who would make gifts of silver or copper brought them as gifts for GOD; and everyone who possessed acacia wood for any work of the service brought that.
Targum Onkelos
כָּל דַּאֲרֵים אֲרָמוּת כְּסַף וּנְחָשׁ אֵיתִיאוּ יָת אַפְרָשׁוּתָא קֳדָם יְיָ וְכֹל דְּאִשְׁתְּכַח עִמֵּיהּ אָעֵי שִׁטִּין לְכָל עֲבִידַת פּוּלְחָנָא אֵיתִיאוּ׃
Everyone who did lift up a terumah-offering of silver or copper, brought the terumah-offering to [before] Adonoy; and everyone who had with him acacia wood for use in the work of the service, brought it.
- Exodus 35:25
וְכׇל־אִשָּׁה חַכְמַת־לֵב בְּיָדֶיהָ טָווּ וַיָּבִיאוּ מַטְוֶה אֶת־הַתְּכֵלֶת וְאֶת־הָאַרְגָּמָן אֶת־תּוֹלַעַת הַשָּׁנִי וְאֶת־הַשֵּׁשׁ׃
And all the skilled women spun with their own hands, and brought what they had spun, in blue, purple, and crimson yarns, and in fine linen.
Targum Onkelos
וְכָל אִתְּתָא חַכִּימַת לִבָּא בִּידַהָא עָזְלָא וּמֵיתַן כִּד עֲזִיל יָת תַּכְלָא וְיָת אַרְגְּוָנָא יָת צְבַע זְהוֹרִי וְיָת בּוּצָא׃
And every wise-hearted woman spun with her hands; and they brought the spun yarn of greenish-blue wool, dark red wool, crimson [colored] wool and fine linen.
- Exodus 35:26
וְכׇל־הַנָּשִׁים אֲשֶׁר נָשָׂא לִבָּן אֹתָנָה בְּחׇכְמָה טָווּ אֶת־הָעִזִּים׃
And all the women who excelled in that skill spun the goats’ hair.
Targum Onkelos
וְכָל נְשַׁיָּא דְּאִתְרְעִי לִבְּהוֹן עִמְּהוֹן בְּחָכְמָא עָזְלָן יָת מַעַזְיָא׃
And all the women whose hearts inspired them with wisdom, spun the goat’s hair.

וְהַנְּשִׂאִם הֵבִיאוּ אֵת אַבְנֵי הַשֹּׁהַם וְאֵת אַבְנֵי הַמִּלֻּאִים לָאֵפוֹד וְלַחֹשֶׁן׃
And the chieftains brought lapis lazuli and other stones for setting, for the ephod and for the breastpiece;
Targum Onkelos
וְרַבְרְבַיָּא אֵיתִיאוּ יָת אַבְנֵי בוּרְלָא וְיָת אַבְנֵי אַשְׁלָמוּתָא לְשַׁקָּעָא בְּאֵיפוֹדָא וּבְחוּשְׁנָא׃
And the leaders [of the tribes] brought onyx stones, and stones for setting into the ephod and breastplate.
- Exodus 35:28
וְאֶת־הַבֹּשֶׂם וְאֶת־הַשָּׁמֶן לְמָאוֹר וּלְשֶׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה וְלִקְטֹרֶת הַסַּמִּים׃
and spices and oil for lighting, for the anointing oil, and for the aromatic incense.
Targum Onkelos
וְיָת בּוּסְמָא וְיָת מִשְׁחָא לְאַנְהָרוּתָא וְלִמְשַׁח רְבוּתָא וְלִקְטֹרֶת בּוּסְמַיָּא׃
And the spices, and the oil for the light, and the anointing oil, and the incense of aromatic spices.
- Exodus 35:29
כׇּל־אִישׁ וְאִשָּׁה אֲשֶׁר נָדַב לִבָּם אֹתָם לְהָבִיא לְכׇל־הַמְּלָאכָה אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהֹוָה לַעֲשׂוֹת בְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה הֵבִיאוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל נְדָבָה לַיהֹוָה׃
Thus the Israelites, all the men and women whose hearts moved them to bring anything for the work that GOD, through Moses, had commanded to be done, brought it as a freewill offering to GOD.
Targum Onkelos
כָּל גְּבַר וְאִתָּא דְּאִתְרְעִי לִבְּהוֹן עִמְּהוֹן לְאֵיתָאָה לְכָל עֲבִידְתָא דְּפַקֵּיד יְיָ לְמֶעֱבַד בִּידָא דְּמֹשֶׁה אֵיתִיאוּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל נְדַבְתָּא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
Every man and woman whose generous heart inspired them to bring something for all the work that Adonoy had commanded to be done through Moshe [did so]. The B’nei Yisrael brought a free-will gift to [before] Adonoy.
