  1. Leviticus 7:11

This is the ritual of the sacrifice of well-being that anyone may offer to GOD:

    Targum Onkelos

This is the law of the peace[sacred]-offering that one will bring to [before] Adonoy.

  2. Leviticus 7:12

One who offers it for thanksgiving shall offer, together with the sacrifice of thanksgiving, unleavened cakes with oil mixed in—unleavened wafers spread with oil—and cakes of choice flour with oil mixed in, well soaked.

    Targum Onkelos

If he brings it as thanksgiving offering he shall bring along with his thanksgiving offering matzoh [unleavened] loaves mixed with oil, matzoh [unleavened] wafers anointed with oil and loaves of saturated fine flour mixed with oil.

  3. Leviticus 7:13

This offering, with cakes of leavened bread added, shall be offered along with their thanksgiving sacrifice of well-being.

    Targum Onkelos

With loaves of leavened bread he shall bring his offering, along with his peace[sacred]-offering of thanksgiving.

  4. Leviticus 7:14

Out of this shall be offered one of each kind as a gift to GOD; it shall go to the priest who dashes the blood of the offering of well-being.

    Targum Onkelos

From it, he shall bring one from each offering as separated portion to [before] Adonoy. To that kohein who sprinkles the blood of the peace[sacred]-offering, it shall belong to him.

  5. Leviticus 7:15

And the flesh of that thanksgiving sacrifice of well-being shall be eaten on the day that it is offered; none of it shall be set aside until morning.

    Targum Onkelos

The flesh of his thanksgiving peace[sacred]-offering on the day of its sacrifice it may be eaten. He shall not leave over any of it until morning.

  6. Leviticus 7:16

If, however, the sacrifice is a votive or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that the sacrifice is offered, and what is left of it shall be eaten on the morrow.

    Targum Onkelos

If either a vow or a voluntary offering, are the sacrifices of his offerings, it shall be eaten on the day of his offering. And on the next day, the remnant of it may [also] be eaten.

  7. Leviticus 7:17

What is then left of the flesh of the sacrifice shall be consumed in fire on the third day.

Whatever flesh is left over from the offering shall be burned in fire, on the third day.

  8. Leviticus 7:18

If any of the flesh of that sacrifice of well-being is eaten on the third day, it shall not be acceptable; it shall not count for the one who offered it. It is an offensive thing, and the person who eats of it shall bear the guilt.

    Targum Onkelos

If it will be eaten, of the flesh of the peace[sacred]-offering on the third day, it will not be favorably accepted. [As to] whoever brings it, it will not be credited to him; it is an abomination [rejected] and anyone who eats of it shall bear [the burden of] its iniquity.

Flesh that touches anything impure shall not be eaten; it shall be consumed in fire. As for other flesh, only one who is pure may eat such flesh.

    Targum Onkelos

The flesh [of [the sacred] offerings] that will touch any unclean [thing] may not be eaten; it shall be burned in fire. [As to] the [pure] [sacred] flesh, every [ritually] pure person [fitting for the sacred] may eat [the] [sacred] meat.

When a person touches anything impure, be it human impurity or an impure animal or any impure creature, and eats flesh from GOD’s sacrifices of well-being—that person shall be cut off from kin.

    Targum Onkelos

    Targum Onkelos

Because the breast wave[uplifted]-offering and the thigh [that is] the uplifted [separated] portion I have taken from Bnei Yisroel. from their peace[sacred]-offerings and I have given them to Aharon the kohein and to his sons, as an everlasting statute, from Bnei Yisroel.

with which GOD charged Moses on Mount Sinai, when commanding that the Israelites present their offerings to GOD, in the wilderness of Sinai.

    Targum Onkelos
