- Leviticus 9:17
וַיַּקְרֵב אֶת־הַמִּנְחָה וַיְמַלֵּא כַפּוֹ מִמֶּנָּה וַיַּקְטֵר עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ מִלְּבַד עֹלַת הַבֹּקֶר׃
He then brought forward the grain offering and, taking a handful of it, he turned it into smoke on the altar—in addition to the burnt offering of the morning.
Targum Onkelos
וְקָרֵיב יָת מִנְחָתָא וּמְלָא יְדֵיהּ מִנַּהּ וְאַסֵּיק עַל מַדְבְּחָא בָּר מֵעֲלַת צַפְרָא׃
He brought the meal-offering; he filled his palm from it and burned it on the altar: aside from the burnt-offering [that was brought] in the morning.
- Leviticus 9:18
וַיִּשְׁחַט אֶת־הַשּׁוֹר וְאֶת־הָאַיִל זֶבַח הַשְּׁלָמִים אֲשֶׁר לָעָם וַיַּמְצִאוּ בְּנֵי אַהֲרֹן אֶת־הַדָּם אֵלָיו וַיִּזְרְקֵהוּ עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִיב׃
He slaughtered the ox and the ram, the people’s sacrifice of well-being. Aaron’s sons passed the blood to him—which he dashed against every side of the altar—
Targum Onkelos
וּנְכַס יָת תּוֹרָא וְיָת דִּכְרָא נִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא דִּלְעַמָּא וְאַמְטִיאוּ בְּנֵי אַהֲרֹן יָת דְּמָא לֵיהּ וְזַרְקֵיהּ עַל מַדְבְּחָא סְחוֹר סְחוֹר׃
He slaughtered the ox and the ram, the peace[sacred]-offerings of the people; and Aharons sons presented the blood to him and he sprinkled it all around the altar.
- Leviticus 9:19
וְאֶת־הַחֲלָבִים מִן־הַשּׁוֹר וּמִן־הָאַיִל הָאַלְיָה וְהַמְכַסֶּה וְהַכְּלָיֹת וְיֹתֶרֶת הַכָּבֵד׃
and the fat parts of the ox and the ram: the broad tail, the covering [fat], the kidneys, and the protuberances of the livers.
Targum Onkelos
וְיָת תַּרְבַּיָּא מִן תּוֹרָא וּמִן דִּכְרָא אַלְיְתָא וְחָפֵי גַּוָּא וְכוֹלְיָתָא וַחֲצַר כַּבְדָּא׃
The fats of the ox and of the ram; the fat-tail, the [fat] covering [the innards], the kidneys and the lobe of the liver.
- Leviticus 9:20
וַיָּשִׂימוּ אֶת־הַחֲלָבִים עַל־הֶחָזוֹת וַיַּקְטֵר הַחֲלָבִים הַמִּזְבֵּחָה׃
They laid these fat parts over the breasts; and Aaron turned the fat parts into smoke on the altar,
Targum Onkelos
וְשַׁוִּיאוּ יָת תַּרְבַּיָּא עַל חֲדָוָתָא וְאַסֵּיק תַּרְבַּיָּא לְמַדְבְּחָא׃
They put the fats on top of the breasts and he burned the fats on the altar.
- Leviticus 9:21
וְאֵת הֶחָזוֹת וְאֵת שׁוֹק הַיָּמִין הֵנִיף אַהֲרֹן תְּנוּפָה לִפְנֵי יְהֹוָה כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה מֹשֶׁה׃
and elevated the breasts and the right thighs as an elevation offering before GOD—as Moses had commanded.
Targum Onkelos
וְיָת חֲדָוָתָא וְיָת שָׁקָא דְּיַמִּינָא אֲרֵים אַהֲרֹן אֲרָמָא קֳדָם יְיָ כְּמָא דְּפַקֵּיד מֹשֶׁה׃
The breasts and the right thigh, Aharon waved [lifted up] [as] a wave-offering [an uplifted-offering] before Adonoy, just as Moshe commanded.
- Leviticus 9:22
וַיִּשָּׂא אַהֲרֹן אֶת־יָדָו אֶל־הָעָם וַיְבָרְכֵם וַיֵּרֶד מֵעֲשֹׂת הַחַטָּאת וְהָעֹלָה וְהַשְּׁלָמִים׃
Aaron lifted his hands toward the people and blessed them; and he stepped down after offering the purgation offering, the burnt offering, and the offering of well-being.
Targum Onkelos
וַאֲרֵים אַהֲרֹן יָת יְדוֹהִי לְעַמָּא וּבָרֵיכִנּוּן וּנְחַת מִלְּמֶעֱבַד חַטָּתָא וַעֲלָתָא וְנִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא׃
Aharon raised his hands toward the people and he blessed them. He descended [from the altar where he] had offered the sin-offering, the burnt-offering and the peace[sacred]-offering.
- Leviticus 9:23
וַיָּבֹא מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן אֶל־אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וַיֵּצְאוּ וַיְבָרְכוּ אֶת־הָעָם וַיֵּרָא כְבוֹד־יְהֹוָה אֶל־כׇּל־הָעָם׃
Moses and Aaron then went inside the Tent of Meeting. When they came out, they blessed the people; and the Presence of GOD appeared to all the people.
Targum Onkelos
וְעָאל מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן לְמַשְׁכַּן זִמְנָא וּנְפַקוּ וּבָרִיכוּ יָת עַמָּא וְאִתְגְּלִי יְקָרָא דַּייָ לְכָל עַמָּא׃
And Moshe and Aharon went [in]to the Tent of Meeting and [then] they went outside and blessed the people, and the glory of Adonoy appeared [became revealed] to the entire people.
