- Numbers 15:8
וְכִי־תַעֲשֶׂה בֶן־בָּקָר עֹלָה אוֹ־זָבַח לְפַלֵּא־נֶדֶר אוֹ־שְׁלָמִים לַיהֹוָה׃
And if it is an animal from the herd that you offer to GOD as a burnt offering or as a sacrifice, in fulfillment of a vow explicitly uttered or as an offering of well-being,
Targum Onkelos
וַאֲרֵי תַעֲבֵיד בַּר תּוֹרֵי עֲלָתָא אוֹ נִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא לְפָרָשָׁא נִדְרָא אוֹ נִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
If you are making a calf as a burnt-offering or sacrifice by verbalizing as a pledge or for a peace-offering, to Adonoy.

וְהִקְרִיב עַל־בֶּן־הַבָּקָר מִנְחָה סֹלֶת שְׁלֹשָׁה עֶשְׂרֹנִים בָּלוּל בַּשֶּׁמֶן חֲצִי הַהִין׃
there shall be offered a grain offering along with the animal: three-tenths of a measure of choice flour with half a hin of oil mixed in;
Targum Onkelos
וִיקָרֵיב עַל בַּר תּוֹרֵי מִנְחָתָא סוּלְתָּא תְּלָתָא עֶשְׂרוֹנִין דְּפִיל בִּמְשַׁח פַּלְגוּת הִינָא׃
Along with the calf he shall bring a meal-offering of three tenths mixed with one half of a hin of oil.
- Numbers 15:10
וְיַיִן תַּקְרִיב לַנֶּסֶךְ חֲצִי הַהִין אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ־נִיחֹחַ לַיהֹוָה׃
and as libation you shall offer half a hin of wine—these being offerings by fire of pleasing odor to GOD.
Targum Onkelos
וְחַמְרָא תְּקָרֵיב לְנִסְכָּא פַּלְגוּת הִינָא קוּרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבַּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
You shall bring wine, for a wine-offering, one half of a hin, a fire-offering of pleasing fragrance to [which will be accepted with pleasure before] Adonoy.
- Numbers 15:11
כָּכָה יֵעָשֶׂה לַשּׁוֹר הָאֶחָד אוֹ לָאַיִל הָאֶחָד אוֹ־לַשֶּׂה בַכְּבָשִׂים אוֹ בָעִזִּים׃
Thus shall be done with each ox, with each ram, and with any sheep or goat,
Targum Onkelos
כְּדֵין יִתְעֲבֵיד לְתוֹרָא חַד אוֹ לְדִכְרָא חַד אוֹ לְאִמַּר בְּאִמְּרַיָּא אוֹ בְעִזַּיָּא׃
So you shall do for each ox or ram or for the sheep or goats.
- Numbers 15:12
כַּמִּסְפָּר אֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשׂוּ כָּכָה תַּעֲשׂוּ לָאֶחָד כְּמִסְפָּרָם׃
as many as you offer; you shall do thus with each one, as many as there are.
Targum Onkelos
כְּמִנְיַן דְּתַעְבְּדוּן כְּדֵין תַּעְבְּדוּן לְחַד כְּמִנְיָנְהוֹן׃
According to the number, which you offer, so you shall make for each one according to the[ir] number[s].
- Numbers 15:13
כׇּל־הָאֶזְרָח יַעֲשֶׂה־כָּכָה אֶת־אֵלֶּה לְהַקְרִיב אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ־נִיחֹחַ לַיהֹוָה׃
Every citizen, when presenting an offering by fire of pleasing odor to GOD, shall do so with them.
Targum Onkelos
כָּל יַצִּיבָא יַעֲבֵיד כְּדֵין יָת אִלֵּין לְקָרָבָא קוּרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבַּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ׃
Each citizen shall do this as stated, to bring a fire-offering of pleasing fragrance to [which will be accepted with pleasure before] Adonoy.

וְכִי־יָגוּר אִתְּכֶם גֵּר אוֹ אֲשֶׁר־בְּתוֹכְכֶם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם וְעָשָׂה אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ־נִיחֹחַ לַיהֹוָה כַּאֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשׂוּ כֵּן יַעֲשֶׂה׃
And when, throughout the ages, a stranger who has taken up residence with you, or one who lives among you, would present an offering by fire of pleasing odor to GOD—as you do, so shall it be done by

וַאֲרֵי יִתְגַּיַּיר עִמְּכוֹן גִּיּוֹרָא אוֹ דְּבֵינֵיכוֹן לְדָרֵיכוֹן וְיַעֲבֵיד קוּרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבַּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ כְּמָא דְּתַעְבְּדוּן כֵּן יַעֲבֵיד׃
If a proselyte will live with you or among you, for all of your generations and makes a fire-offering of pleasing fragrance to [which will be accepted with pleasure before] Adonoy, in the same fashion as you make it, so shall he make it.
- Numbers 15:15
הַקָּהָל חֻקָּה אַחַת לָכֶם וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר חֻקַּת עוֹלָם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם כָּכֶם כַּגֵּר יִהְיֶה לִפְנֵי יְהֹוָה׃
the rest of the congregation. There shall be one law for you and for the resident stranger; it shall be a law for all time throughout the ages. You and the stranger shall be alike before GOD;
Targum Onkelos
קְהָלָא קְיָמָא חַד לְכוֹן וּלְגִיּוֹרַיָּא דְּיִתְגַּיְּירוּן קְיָם עָלַם לְדָרֵיכוֹן כְּוָתְכוֹן גִּיּוֹרָא יְהֵי קֳדָם יְיָ׃
The assembly has one statute for yourselves and for the proselyte who resides; one statue for all of your generations, just as it is for yourselves, so shall it be for the proselyte, before Adonoy.
- Numbers 15:16
תּוֹרָה אַחַת וּמִשְׁפָּט אֶחָד יִהְיֶה לָכֶם וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר אִתְּכֶם׃
the same ritual and the same rule shall apply to you and to the stranger who resides among you.
Targum Onkelos
אוֹרָיְתָא חֲדָא וְדִינָא חַד יְהֵי לְכוֹן וּלְגִיּוֹרַיָּא דְּיִתְגַּיְּירוּן עִמְּכוֹן׃
One law and one rule will apply to you, and to the proselyte who lives with you.”
