- Numbers 7:72
בְּיוֹם עַשְׁתֵּי עָשָׂר יוֹם נָשִׂיא לִבְנֵי אָשֵׁר פַּגְעִיאֵל בֶּן־עׇכְרָן׃
On the eleventh day, it was the chieftain of the Asherites, Pagiel son of Ochran.
Targum Onkelos
בְּיוֹם חַד עֲשַׂר יוֹמִין רַבָּא לִבְנֵי אָשֵׁר פַּגְעִיאֵל בַּר עָכְרָן׃
On the day of the eleventh day, the leader of the sons of Asher, Pagi’el the son of Ochran.

קוּרְבָּנֵיהּ מְגִסְּתָא דִּכְסַף חֲדָא מְאָה וּתְלָתִין סִלְעִין הָוֵי מַתְקָלַהּ מִזְרְקָא חַד דְּכַסְפָּא מַתְקָלֵיהּ שִׁבְעִין סִלְעִין בְּסִלְעֵי קוּדְשָׁא תַּרְוֵיהוֹן מְלַן סוּלְתָּא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח לְמִנְחָתָא׃
His offering was one silver tray, its weight was one hundred thirty shekolim; one silver bowl [that weighed] seventy shekolim according to sanctuary weights. Both were filled with fine flour kneaded with [olive] oil, for a meal-offering.

One spoon of ten gold [shekolim], filled with incense.

This was the dedication offering for the altar from the chieftains of Israel upon its being anointed: silver bowls, 12; silver basins, 12; gold ladles, 12.

דָּא חֲנוּכַּת מַדְבְּחָא בְּיוֹמָא דְּרַבִּיאוּ יָתֵיהּ מִן רַבְרְבֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מְגִסֵּי כַסְפָּא תַּרְתַּא עַשְׂרֵי מִזְרְקֵי כַסְפָּא תְּרֵי עֲשַׂר בָּזִכֵּי דְּדַהְבָּא תַּרְתַּא עֶשְׂרֵי׃
This was the dedication of the altar on the day that it was anointed, given by the leaders of Israel; twelve silver trays twelve silver bowls and twelve golden spoons.

Silver per bowl, 130; per basin, 70. Total silver of vessels, 2,400 sanctuary shekels.

מְאָה וּתְלָתִין סִלְעִין הָוֵי מַתְקָלַהּ דִּמְגִסְּתָא חֲדָא דְּכַסְפָּא וְשִׁבְעִין דְּמִזְרְקָא חַד כֹּל כְּסַף מָנַיָּא תְּרֵין אַלְפִין וְאַרְבַּע מְאָה בְּסִלְעֵי קוּדְשָׁא׃
One hundred thirty [shekolim was the weight of] each silver tray and each bowl weighed seventy [shekolim]. All the silver vessels weighed two thousand four hundred [shekolim] according to sanctuary weights.

כַּפּוֹת זָהָב שְׁתֵּים־עֶשְׂרֵה מְלֵאֹת קְטֹרֶת עֲשָׂרָה עֲשָׂרָה הַכַּף בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ כׇּל־זְהַב הַכַּפּוֹת עֶשְׂרִים וּמֵאָה׃
The 12 gold ladles filled with incense—10 sanctuary shekels per ladle—total gold of the ladles, 120.

בָּזִכֵּי דְּדַהְבָּא תַּרְתַּא עַשְׂרֵי מָלְיָן קְטוֹרֶת בּוּסְמַיָּא מַתְקַל עֲשַׂר סִלְעִין הָוֵי מַתְקָלַהּ דְּבָזִכָּא בְּסִלְעֵי קוּדְשָׁא כָּל דְּהַב בָּזִכַּיָּא מְאָה וְעֶשְׂרִין׃
Twelve golden spoons filled with [fragrant] incense; each spoon weighed ten [shekolim] according to sanctuary weights. The total of the golden spoons is one hundred twenty [shekolim].

Total of herd animals for burnt offerings, 12 bulls; of rams, 12; of yearling lambs, 12—with their proper grain offerings; of goats for purgation offerings, 12.

כָּל תּוֹרֵי לַעֲלָתָא תְּרֵי עֲשַׂר תּוֹרִין דִּכְרִין תְּרֵי עֲשַׂר אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא תְּרֵי עֲשַׂר וּמִנְחָתְהוֹן וּצְפִירֵי בְּנֵי עִזֵּי תְּרֵי עֲשַׂר לְחַטָּתָא׃

The total of the oxen for the peace [sacred]-offering sacrifice is twenty-four oxen, sixty rams, sixty kids and sixty yearling sheep. This was the dedication of the altar after it was anointed.

וּבְבֹא מֹשֶׁה אֶל־אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לְדַבֵּר אִתּוֹ וַיִּשְׁמַע אֶת־הַקּוֹל מִדַּבֵּר אֵלָיו מֵעַל הַכַּפֹּרֶת אֲשֶׁר עַל־אֲרֹן הָעֵדֻת מִבֵּין שְׁנֵי הַכְּרֻבִים וַיְדַבֵּר אֵלָיו׃
When Moses went into the Tent of Meeting to speak with [God], he would hear the Voice addressing him from above the cover that was on top of the Ark of the Pact between the two cherubim; thus [God] spoke to him.
Targum Onkelos
וְכַד עָלֵיל מֹשֶׁה לְמַשְׁכַּן זִמְנָא לְמַלָּלָא עִמֵּיהּ וְשָׁמַע יָת קָלָא דְּמִתְמַלַּל עִמֵּיהּ מֵעִלָּוֵי כָפוּרְתָּא דְּעַל אֲרוֹנָא דְּסָהֲדוּתָא מִבֵּין תְּרֵין כְּרוּבַיָּא וּמִתְמַלַּל עִמֵּיהּ׃
When Moshe would enter the Tent of Meeting to speak with Him (God), he would hear the Voice being spoken to him from above the Ark-cover which is atop the Ark of the Testimony from between the two cherubim; and He spoke to him.
