- Genesis 25:12
וְאֵלֶּה תֹּלְדֹת יִשְׁמָעֵאל בֶּן־אַבְרָהָם אֲשֶׁר יָלְדָה הָגָר הַמִּצְרִית שִׁפְחַת שָׂרָה לְאַבְרָהָם׃
This is the line of Ishmael, Abraham’s son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah’s slave, bore to Abraham.
Targum Onkelos
וְאִלֵּין תּוֹלְדָת יִשְׁמָעֵאל בַּר אַבְרָהָם דִּילֵידַת הָגָר מִצְרֵיתָא אַמְתַּהּ דְּשָׂרָה לְאַבְרָהָם׃
These are the descendants of Yishmael son of Avraham, whom Hagar, the Egyptian, Sarah’s slave, bore to Avraham.

וְאֵלֶּה שְׁמוֹת בְּנֵי יִשְׁמָעֵאל בִּשְׁמֹתָם לְתוֹלְדֹתָם בְּכֹר יִשְׁמָעֵאל נְבָיֹת וְקֵדָר וְאַדְבְּאֵל וּמִבְשָׂם׃
These are the names of the sons of Ishmael, by their names, in the order of their birth: Nebaioth, the first-born of Ishmael, Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,

וְאִלֵּין שְׁמָהָת בְּנֵי יִשְׁמָעֵאל בִּשְׁמָהָתְהוֹן לְתוֹלְדָתְהוֹן בּוּכְרֵיהּ דְּיִשְׁמָעֵאל נְבָיוֹת וְקֵדָר וְאַדְבְּאֵל וּמִבְשָׂם׃
These are the names of Yishmael’s sons, by their names according to their birth. Nevayos was Yishmael’s first born, [he also had] Keidar, Adbeil and Mivsom,

אֵלֶּה הֵם בְּנֵי יִשְׁמָעֵאל וְאֵלֶּה שְׁמֹתָם בְּחַצְרֵיהֶם וּבְטִירֹתָם שְׁנֵים־עָשָׂר נְשִׂיאִם לְאֻמֹּתָם׃
These are the sons of Ishmael and these are their names by their villages and by their encampments: twelve chieftains of as many tribes.—

אִלֵּין אִנּוּן בְּנֵי יִשְׁמָעֵאל וְאִלֵּין שְׁמָהָתְהוֹן בְּפַצְחֵיהוֹן וּבְכַּרְכֵיהוֹן תְּרֵי עֲסַר רַבְרְבִין לְאוּמֵּיהוֹן׃
These are the sons of Yishmael, and these are their names in their open villages and in their fortified strongholds, twelve princes in their nations.

וְאֵלֶּה שְׁנֵי חַיֵּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל מְאַת שָׁנָה וּשְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וְשֶׁבַע שָׁנִים וַיִּגְוַע וַיָּמׇת וַיֵּאָסֶף אֶל־עַמָּיו׃
These were the years of the life of Ishmael: one hundred and thirty-seven years; then he breathed his last and died, and was gathered to his kin.—
Targum Onkelos
וְאִלֵּין שְׁנֵי חַיֵּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל מְאָה וּתְלָתִין וּשְׁבַע שְׁנִין וְאִתְנְגִיד וּמִית וְאִתְכְּנִישׁ לְעַמֵּיהּ׃
These are the years of Yishmael’s life, one hundred years, thirty years and seven years. He expired and died and was gathered to his people.
- Genesis 25:18
וַיִּשְׁכְּנוּ מֵחֲוִילָה עַד־שׁוּר אֲשֶׁר עַל־פְּנֵי מִצְרַיִם בֹּאֲכָה אַשּׁוּרָה עַל־פְּנֵי כׇל־אֶחָיו נָפָל׃
They dwelt from Havilah, by Shur, which is close to Egypt, all the way to Asshur; they camped alongside all their kin.
Targum Onkelos
וּשְׁרוֹ מֵחֲוִילָה עַד חַגְרָא דְּעַל אַפֵּי מִצְרַיִם מָטֵי לְאַתּוּר עַל אַפֵּי כָל אֲחוֹהִי שְׁרָא׃
They lived from Chavilah to Shur [Chagar], which borders on Egypt, going towards Asshur. He lived in the presence of all his brethren.
